Essendon Kia (Maben)
Marco polo would like to announce that we have been appointed to paint the Kia Office & Training Facility project at Essendon Fields
Works will involve
– Office Facility including Workstations, Boardroom, Meeting Rooms & Staff Amenities
– Training Facility
– Work-bay Area
– Car-bay Area
Ravenhall prision (John holland)
Marco polo have been appointed to apply painted finishes to several building on this project. The project will be delivered as a Public Private Partnership (PPP), with the consortium responsible for design, construction, maintenance and operations, including custodial services. The local community is playing an important role in the prison’s development, with a community advisory group established to enable local input into planning the facility.
After mobilising to site in early 2015, the first stage of construction will involve site environmental and heritage inspections followed by civil works including clearing, bulk earthworks and roadways.
Some of the key features of the new prison include the capacity for 1,000 medium security male prisoners, a 75-bed specialist forensic mental health unit, and enhanced pre and post-release programs and services to reduce reoffending.
Dunes Shopping centre (Maben) 2016
The Dunes Shopping Centre in Torquay North will be situated within a development area
of the Surf Coast Shire. It will include a new Woolworths Supermarket, BWS Liquor
and 13 other specialty tenancies. The site is tucked away behind the Surf Coast
Shires council offices at the corner of Fischer St and Merrijig Drive, just 3km from
Torquay’s town centre. The project is expected to be completed and open for trade to
the public in late

Update 15-9-16 Supermarket painting almost complete
Southbank central tower- Bookfield Mulitiplex 2016- 2017
The 48-level inner city apartment tower, Southbank Central will contain 485 residential apartments in a range of one, two and three bedroom configurations. It will also feature a six level podium with retail, carparking and resident facilities including a swimming pool and gymnasium.
Platinum tower (Brookfield Multiplex) 2015- 2016
Marco polo have been appointed to apply painted finishes to this $280 million residential apartment building located at 263 City Road, Southbank in Melbourne. The building will span 52 levels incorporating 438 apartments of one, two, three and four bedroom configurations and expansive private facilities. The uppermost level of the tower features a swimming pool, sauna, spa, gym, private dining, wintergardens and sky lounge with views of Melbourne CBD, Albert Park and Port Phillip Bay. The podium of the building accommodates a restaurant, café and concierge facilities and provides nine levels of car parking.
The residential tower will have metallic painted precast feature elements and a curtain wall will feature from levels 42 to 52 including bronze and indigo coloured glass.
Pacific Werribee Shopping centre (Probuild)
Completion date: Late 2016
Probuild began work at Werribee Plaza in March 2014. The 140,000m2 expansion will include the construction of approximately 140 new retail tenancies over three levels, a new fresh food area and a 350m mall connecting a new Myer to the Target store.
A new entertainment and restaurant precinct will also be established, along with a multi level car park repaint
